This blog is meant to remind women of all ages that you do not have to settle for bare minimum. Your past, your insecurities and the lies that you’ve been told (by others and by yourself) are not a reason to give up on your dreams. You have goals and I am here to help you believe in yourself. There is nothing wrong with taking pride in being a good Mom, a good wife/partner and having a clean home but you are more than that. What is your dream job, dream home, dream date, dream vacation, your favorite restaurant? Many women have never even considered these things because we are taught to put ourselves last. However, being a people pleaser leads to depression, anxiety and resentment. Change is not easy but you deserve to be happy.
